OTP Group leads The Banker’s 2024 Top 100 CEE banks ranking

OTP Group retains the top spot with $11.3bn in Tier 1 capital* in The Banker’s 2024 Top 100 Central and Eastern European (CEE) Banks ranking. The banking group was first ranked number one in The Banker's list in 2023.

The Banker has also announced the Bank of the Year 2024 Awards. OTP Group members have been recognised as:

OTP Bank Albania is the Best Bank in Albania
OTP Bank Magyarország is the Best Bank in Hungary
DSK Bank is the Best Bank is Bulgaria
OTP Banka Slovenija is the Best Bank in Slovenia

The Banker Top 100 CEE bank ranking is issued by The Banker, a leading international financial affairs publication, part of Financial Times Group.
This is an important ranking in the industry. This annual list evaluates and ranks the top banks in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) based on their performance, typically using metrics like Tier 1 capital, and meassures improvements across several indicators.
