Our commitments

OTP Group defines its long-term sustainable, prudent and ethical operation through sound management, fair and customer-oriented financial service provision, responsible and transparent governance, as a responsible employer in the labour market and an active player in society. Our aim is to establish open cooperation with our stakeholders based on trust, to promote the green transition of the economy and to reduce our negative environmental impacts.

The focal points of our corporate social responsibility are defined based on global challenges and trends, and on the expectations of our stakeholders. Our particular responsibility stems from the specificity of the role of financial intermediaries, covering in particular the various aspects of ethical service provision, with increasing focus on options to resolve current challenges, and environmental and social sustainability.
